Disdainful

Prince Albert appears to be looking down his nose at the slightly OTT Christmas lights on George Street - the Street of Lights. I wonder how the finance works out for it - how much is the Council paying for it? Given the news that the council aren't going to be providing Christmas lights in Portobello and many other areas of the city has all the Christmas budget been blown on this one big display?
