Fountains Abbey

Thanks for all your birthday wishes on yesterday's blip.
Birthday visit to Fountains Abbey. So long since I'd last been I had no memory of it.
Best birthday present was card from my 28 year old stepson saying he wanted me to know that I was one of the important people in his life that he looked to for guidance and support (he's had a hard year.) So, nineteen years of quiet friendship has produced the good, ongoing result I aimed for.
