767. 7/100 days of portraits...Jynx

This is Jynx my son's cat...she's quite timid but has such wonderful expressive eyes....
I don't know where they got her name from but as they are both Pagans...I'm guessing that it's from some sort of magical origin:

"It may come from Latin iynx (from Greek ἴυγξ), that is, the wryneck bird, which has occasionally been used in magic and divination and is remarkable for its ability to twist its head almost 180 degrees while hissing like a snake. The Jynx bird is found in Africa and Eurasia."

I haven't seen her twist her head 180 degrees as yet!
