Bright-eyed and bushy-tailed

You can't keep a good dog down for long. 

I feel quite ok again today, except that she has to keep putting ointment in my eye, and it stings like blazes, and I hate it, and I tried to nip her this morning and that didn't go down at all well, I can tell you.
