...today. There might have been a croissant with apricot jam accompanying that coffee too but it didn't last long enough to make the photo!

Grateful for the chance to work from home...it's good not to have the commute but it does make the step count harder to achieve. Managed it today with a run this evening.

A run was sorely needed for my stress levels having had to deal with moaning/fighting boys on their return from school. Gosh they are needing these Christmas holidays...and gosh do I need to start to think about getting a big organised for Christmas! Keep burying my head in the sand on that one...
