A Grey Day Turns Colourful

Today the sky was mostly grey, though all the white in the trees made it a very beautiful day anyway. 
The day started with a sunrise that had some nice colour but it finished in this spectacular fashion as the sun set.
I was out walking with Rusty and when I first saw the colour in the sky we were in that forest you see in the foreground. We raced out of the forest and up this little rise to get a better look! This redness lasted just a few minutes and then it was gone and darkness started to fall.
It's been a busy day so apologies for just throwing a picture up and not commenting. I'll do better tomorrrow!
