Third cake of the week

This is my third cake of the week. It uses up all the brandy soaked hazelnuts and fruit I couldn't fit in to the two main Christmas cakes I've made which I now need to start feeding with more Brandy. I've added a little almond essence, coffee essence and rose water.

His cake will be eaten before Christmas:-)
