Well it is me but I appreciate that you can't really see me. I have lots of hair but it is hidden under my hat and my reflective glasses mean that you can't see my eyes. I like to remain anonymous

Mr F and I went out on our bikes today but it was too hot and there were too many hills

But we did have an EXCELLENT lunch with good friends followed by a nice walk.

Go large if you must

The things that made me smile: Seeing Milo walking along with our friends' daughter. She does love him so

Exercise: Only 7.7 miles, Max 31.5mph (down hill) average 9.5pmh - much too slow but at least I went out two weekends running
