Pack ice!

Despite there only being a stiff breeze, the noise of the wind under the ice sounded like a gale! Then, all the waves of broken shards were tossed over each other, slithering down into the troughs with a tinkling sound. Very interesting and melodic!
Later, the weather warmed up and jackets came off. Very mixed weather!
