A good day to start the week: we had our mid-term visit from the auditor about our responsible purchasing practises. He was only supposed to be here to confirm the first visit, a year and a half ago, that had allowed us to be at level 2 (out of 4). He was so pleased and impressed by how we've progressed since then that he thinks we might go to level 3 directly, and not in another year and a half. I feel quite happy and proud as I am responsible for this policy and it is truly my work that is scanned and evaluated this way. Also, he told me the colleagues he had meetings with to check that what is in paper form really does happen in the firm all told him they appreciated the hard work I'm doing. Always nice to hear, even if it's not directly from said colleagues.

Then on to a second reading of the new play. We're going to have to add to it, it's much too short and we're too numerous for it to be interesting for the actors: too few words to say...
