Monotony Monday

One of those days when the kids stay home so that their teachers can get together to talk about them. One's enthusiasm for the day was drowned out, literally, by the continual heavy rain, that soaked as I walked to work in the nearly dark morning, and then again, several hours later when I paddled home under gloomy and sodden November grey skies.
