Design modification

Since the fan in the en suite bathroom in my very comfortable university residence room is switched on by an infra red sensor and then stays on for some 20 minutes, it is annoying if I go to the bathroom during the night. It's so quiet save for the whirring. So.. cut off the sensor makes sense
