Stairway to hell!

Otherwise known as the stairs to Tesco!! What a day,and the week is only going to get worse!
Doesn't help that my pain level at the moment is way too high for my liking:(


Edit: I have just read David Tennant (Dr Who) had the same operation as me on his back last week and is hoping to be back on stage in the West End in January!!!! What is his secret then??!
