Eight Years and Three Days exactly

Since the last and only other time I was able to visit

The Mysterious and Magical Stones

of Avebury.....

The lorries still rumble through the middle

The National Trust Still get intense pleasure from putting up ropes

saying "Keep Out"

So, it has NOT changed much...

Back in 2008, I had just got my first digital camera, now, I'm on my third!

I WAS BLOWN away and astounded as to the huge and monumental response to my pony trekkers across the colours of the New Forest....

I never dreamed it would get to the first page of the most Popular page, let alone the No 1 slot! 

It must have been your relish at hearing that Sarum Stroller had taken a tumble that made it so popular??

I do have to admit I really did need and appreciate two whole days of not going out, doing absolutely nothing. As it was, this morning, my feet were still bruised and battered and I had to bandage them up and wear different boots (different pressure points) and even after that, I still found walking difficult today and so I didn't venture too far. I'm shattered again now and need a kip!
