just a sparrow

Another brisk morning walk, but this time the birds were out. And what a difference it makes to my attitude! Instead of just trudging through the cold to give Laney her exercise,  and wishing we could be back in the warmth of our home, when the birds are out I am busy scoping them out and clicking away with my camera.
A very good start to this week!
