Out for a ramble this morning, on a super winter's day: bright sunshine throughout, and hardly a breath of wind. This is Betty's Reading Room, a cosy place to sit (with a fire) and read, near Tingwall ferry terminal.
I bought myself a new winter hat this morning. I usually wear one that is actually my husband's as it seems to be the warmest we have with a fleece lining. I wasn't sure whether to go for one with or without a bobble, fearing the bobble might be destabilising in the wind (seriously), but when I thought about it again, I realised that this is a bit ridiculous, so went for a bobble. Time will tell...
