2016 Thursday -- Thanksgiving Day

The wind is strong, the waves are big, and the spray is magical.

Mr. Fun went out early this morning to get us a donut (how naughty is that?). He stopped at the pier and brought back this photo.

We have our kitchen stocked with the goods to fix a holiday meal, but decided to head out for a meal at a restaurant. Kitty's Kitchen in Morro Bay is where we ate. It's where we ate Thanksgiving dinner in 2012 -- five Thanksgivings ago -- right after we purchased our little beach shack. Today our meal was delicious and afterward we drove to the south Cayucos beach so we could walk the pups.

This has been a good holiday.
