Walking The Forest

We collected our friend, Theresa, dogs this morning to take them for a local walk in Sirhowy Valley Country Park which is the other side of the mountain from our village.

She's an expert glass painter/engraver and had done a large wine glass with a woman officer arresting a burglar with a bag of swag for Mrs BB colleague who is retiring at the end of the month. We supplied the picture and she painted it!  For those interested in a unique product her website is worth a look.

The sun was shining and although it was cold, it was an enjoyable six mile walk to the top of the mountain taking in the views.

The photo I like best is of a lone walker, walking into the sun, which has created a nice colorful starburst.
