A busy day... teaching day from 8.15 to 4.40.... just half an hour break and then it was over to run a study support session until 5.30... wandered into Ely, where there was a Christmas market with mulled wine, and had fish and chips - a pint of Charles Wells 'Poppy' and then into Ely Cathedral for a talk with Ray Mears. He was excellent. Lucky to have Topping Books in the city, who run lots of talks, and the price of the ticket gives you a discount of the book to the same value to encourage you to buy a signed copy.
