Cheeky

Visitors from Australia via Cambridge today, Harry's 2nd cousin many times removed, her husband and their two children. Liv (Olivia) is doing an MSc in social anthropology at Cambridge and had been encouraged (coerced) to visit Rosina whilst she was in the country. As she is here for 12 months and is talking about doing another 3 years for a Phd, I don't think there was a desperate hurry but it was nice to meet them. Took them to Hitchin for lunch and a mooch around the shops and there was talk about meeting up again in the new year. Full of admiration for both her and Jonothan - quite an undertaking with a young family but a great experience at the same time. Kind of funny as I watched a film last night that got me thinking that I need to do something that pushes the boundaries of 'normal' next year and then meet someone who is doing just that. No clue what my little venture is going to be but I've started to think about the possibilities and Diana has developed a worried look, fearing that it might involve her and aeroplanes or me and life threatening activities. Too soon to tell.
