A Little Light Re-leaf ;-)

D'ya see what I did there?  :D

No Saturday lie in as the kitchen fitters are back today finishing the kitchen and two of the builders guys (The Two T's - Thomas and Tony :-)  are in doing some plastering and screeding of floors.   

When our build started and I gradually met all the guys, I was sure we had the poshest builders ever.  This was finally confirmed yesterday at the Progress meeting when we chatted about Christmas nights out (you can tell we are very focussed at these meetings :-) and the Boss Man told us they're having their Christmas night out at a French restaurant!  Brilliant!

Tired today as I sat up till the wee small hours to secure my Tesco delivery slots for Christmas.  Worth a late bed time if it saves David the stress of trudging round Tesco two days before Christmas.   He'll need that day to do the rest of his Christmas shopping ;-)

Alan had another lie in (I am so jealous) and a late lunch.  Still not eating anything solid but happy to drink and have tummy milk, plus his general demeanour is good, so we are definitely moving forward.  He got a get well card from his friends Georgie and Rachel so he was very happy.

Having a quiet afternoon then this evening we are going out for dinner with friends G & B, better known as  Dr Twitcher and Pixel8.   Really looking forward to seeing them.  We are well overdue a catch up and some fun.  Light relief from all that's been going on.

Note to self - Look out the paracetamol.
