Fungal Harmony

It was strange to see two fungi snuggling up together in the hollow of a tree trunk as we walked forth to take the air and have the benefit of yet more sunshine. Our goal was to buy cooking apples to add to the celery lingering at the foot of the fridge after the nut roast manufacture, and make celery soup. I have never made celery soup before, I can't say I'm particularly sold on the vegetable, but soup might be the answer.

With the cutting and sticking almost finished, we remortgaged the Dower House to by a sheet of second class Christmas stamps. If it weren't such a cop out in a way, I would send e- cards to everyone. However if we run out of stamps, then the airwaves could serve us just as well.
