Vulcan Bomber

We had our 35 over friendly cricket match against Grayshott today. Far too hot to be outside playing cricket for 5 hours. To be honest, pretty hot to be scoring! I guess the lucky ones were those parents who just sat and did nothing during the match ......

Wonderful hospitality by Grayshott, and we were very unlucky to lose by 2 wickets to the league champions.

A very special mention to sonnumber1 who took his first - and indeed the team's first - five wicket haul and ending with figures of 5-14 in a four over spell

And another very special mention to sonnumber2 who got his - and indeed the team's first - unbeaten half century

A very proud father :-)

But I digress - this Vulcan Bomber came over the top whilst I was taking pictures of the cricket!
