Christmas Tree

Had a good service at church this morning, and was especially thrilled because the Christmas tree is up, and there are flags on it, and *someone* remembered to put a flag for the only Pakistani in the congregation! :)

There's a Union Jack there too! Two flags that were missing when they had an International Women's day event a few weeks ago...

And then there was a Thanksgiving potluck lunch, but we didn't stay for it. We raced up to have a quick lunch and head out to The Cellars - all the way in Umm Al Quwain! We now have Guinness to help boost iron levels.

The evening seemed to vanish after that. It was cooler today... 24degC... Maybe not quite so cool for some.
