Bums together

Bud, Rusty, Duke and Dris watching the cattle being fed down at our beach.Another busy day. made busier by husbands horse breaking through the electric fence ,that's battery must have gone dead , and in with the silage bales and not content with opening two to eat out of she continued to open 17 more. A most unpopular horse now. we have taped up what we can but two are too destroyed to try to recover. unfortunately once opened they start to rot and spoultry as the whole idea is to seal air out of them. we aren't meant to be feeding silage yet but had to put some out with the sheep instead of letting spoil.

After repairs we headed off to the farm where we manage the livestock to count the cattle that have come home to see if they are all there ready for the blood and tb testing next week.

Then home and dismantling gates and mucking out the shed with the tractor. should have been done at the end of last winter but we haven't had time. Still lots to do but looking better.
