English Electric Lightning T5, XS458

XS458 was first flown on 3 December 1965 is the only T.5 in the UK in running order, she has been restored from poor condition into an immaculate example of the breed displaying 92 Squadron markings.  XS458 is regularly taxied amidst the Cessnas at Cranfield and the airfield supports the presence of this bit of aviation history.
