An Icy Windy Day . . . . .

That chills you to the bone, yet as I arrive home this bud on my Peace Rose has decided to open to welcome me home. It has been waiting to flower all through storm Angus and the accompanying ice and frosts. All the leaves have been blown away and I never expected it to live through. It was just so pleasing to see, it just had to be today's blip.
