Thanksgiving Stuffed Mushrooms

Appetizer course of stuffed mushrooms perfected over 34 years of making them.  And how nice they are on my mother's Lenox wedding china, 1945.  I am very grateful for all that I have in my life which is so much!  Such a lovely day today and it isn't over yet.  Happy Thanksgiving!
