Snowy Highlands
Very cold this morning. In fact by 1pm, the temperature was still below 0. After lunch, I head out to Mortonhall through the woods, and return via the Braid Hills.
It was very cold at the top of the hill. There was a lot of frost and ice, making the path quite treacherous in places. In the far off distance, I could make out the far off Highlands covered in snow. In the foreground, Easter Craiglockhart Hill. The shadows are very long. The sun doesn't hang around very long this far north.
