Not here anymore!

The big swans, parents from the cygnets were gone today. I think they will be gone for a couple of months and hope they will be back next year. Maybe I am wrong and they will be here tomorrow again, but I don't think so. Worried because there is birdflu here in the Netherlands and I don't know where they are now. I hope they will be safe and stay safe and healthy. I know the male swan already for four years and the female for three years. They are a part of my life and I already miss them now they are somewhere else. The cygnet is still here and not doing well. She cannot fly. Not much energy and with the winter coming, no other swans, she will have a hard time. She already was looking for her parents today. Not a good thing. I give her swanfood and attention, but I am human, not a swan. And the young swans group in the winter, it is sad.
