Note to self

All day at graduations....at least no disasters today!
The artist from last night, Tony Oursler, did a brilliant speech kind of talking to himself via a prerecorded piece on his phone. It was great...got a good response from the audience. Lovely man
After the second ceremony went over to the spa and swam and had saunas etc then to gym for half an hour (can't remember what I'm supposed to do so just had a go on everything!) then a 'core' class....working non existent muscles!
Cold walk home...has been a beautiful day -sunny and blue skies but frosty.
Quick dinner, bit of a relax then bed...I'll ache tomorrow!
