on the way to a hair cut (AAAHHHHH what have i DONE!!?)
anyway, this is Nelson's Column and the large ball thing on top falls down the 'mast' at noon (or is it 1pm?!) - i imagine it goes back up to the top again at midnight.. dunno. 
Anyway, an amazing sky this afternoon, no clouds just sun all day and frosty cold! 
(now i've had my hair chopped too...EEK..)
