Busy Day Off

My first day off since Kilimanjaro.  It’s been a hectic few months and it’s not over yet.

Had a meeting in Swansea today to do with a project for Crohn’s and Colitis UK that I started in the summer.  It went well, just bad timing now with Christmas, but hopefully in the New Year it should prove to be very fruitful.

Went to Cardiff in the evening with a friend to see the John Wilson Orchestra at St.David’s Hall.  I first saw them on TV at the Proms, and their mix of film and show tunes is brilliant. It was a great evening!
