And After!!

Into Bath this afternoon for the opening day of the Christmas Market, and for the first Gluhwein of the season!

Town is definitely starting to feel very Christmassy, with lights twinkling away everywhere, and with Christmas carols being sung in the Abbey by local school children, but the market was actually quite quiet today. I’m sure it will be different at the weekend though when coaches will be arriving from near and far. On Saturdays the market can get so crowded that they have to impose a one way system for shoppers!

And talking of shopping, contrary to custom, miraculously I didn’t return anything today!!
