Brimstone Day !

Went out early today and it paid off ! After trying to "catch" a Brimstone butterfly for ages, today there were so many of them here, at West Down that I did not know which way to look. And this time they actually stayed put enjoying their nectar and allowing me to take several shots. This is my favourite. Feels great to be able to look him in the eye.
