OAPPC- Oregon Apples Persimmons Pomegranate Crisp

Had some fruit my mother had sent me...two Oregon grown apples, plus some fruit from Full Circle who work across the street and bless us with boxes of treasure. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving- I am thankful for so many things, friends, family who love me (mostly), a decent job, and for living in a land full of so many freedoms.
The fruit of so many before me..
I baked an apples, persimmons, pomegranate crisp...we will see if it tastes good tomorrow. I feel positive it will.
