Jam today

Not the Lewis Carroll kind, the traffic kind.

This stretch of NW 12th was just rerouted. 
It used to be a crazy zigzag. Now it has two lanes of traffic trying to squeeze into a single lane, and at the end of the block, another two lanes pouring into one. 
The result? Total standstill.

Portland calls itself "The City that Works." 
I think its other motto applies. "Keep Portland Weird."
