GSBO 2.......

Another array of lovely baking today as we had round 2 - the technical challenge. Shortbread or Empire Biscuits. I certainly found it challenging.... about 2/3 rds of my biscuits consigned to the home biscuit tub as they were .....overcooked, undercooked, oddly shaped. Really good fun again though and delicious offerings :)
