Audley Binswood "Village" formerly Leamington College for Boys which I attended between about 1973 and 1978. It is now ninety luxury retirement flats with a price somewhere between about £250k and £450k ! They also offer a swimming pool, gymnasium, restaurant and much more. The property prices in Leamington are horrendous forcing many young people born and bred in the town without a cat in hells chance to of buying anywhere and forcing them to move to nearby  towns such as Coventry ,Rugby and increasingly Daventry if they want to own their own home.
