Stephen Fry loves The Book Hive

This chalk board, just outside The Book Hive, an interesting independent book shop on London Street, in Norwich, has had this same message since i moved here 18 months ago. But I guess they can't get a better recommendation than Stephen Fry! The book shop is lovely. Visit if you are ever in Norwich! I recommend it too.

The day has been long. I was out sorting out my silly hens at 6.45am, then breakfasted and out with the dogs. Mollie came into Norwich with me, but we didn't get in until gone 9 due to the morning animal routines.

At lunchtime I did some Christmas shopping with Mollie. I have a love hate relationship with Christmas shopping. I like it to be done. Then its one less thing to worry about.

Work was full. No change there. I'm still not getting anywhere so need to rethink how I use the hours in my day. More lists....

Home with Moll at 4.20. A short day, but as H was home on his own & I have had a headache today, it was best. Sausage casserole has been doing its thing in the slow cooker, so nothing to do but a bit of washing up.

I plan a bit of writing later....perhaps finish the penultimate (or penultimate but one) chapter? Still hopeful for a November finish!
