Not too pleased about this.

I have an insurance plan with my fuel supplier. Until today the system was OK except for a faulty valve on one radiator. The man came to replace it. Bingo, no heating or hot water at all. He did not know what had happened. He left saying he would get his boss to "assist". ie fix it. I've now got a booking for Thursday 1st Dec, over a week away! I've no confidence that whoever comes will have a clue either.
