Lupins by the Cardrona River

It has been a hot showery day.  Played a game of croquet this morning, between the showers.  My group of 4 packed it in and headed for home, while the others were happy to play with their raincoats on or off as the case may be.  After croquet I headed up the Cardrona Valley to check out the lupins.  Not at their best yet, need another week or two.  You can see the Cardrona River in the middle of this photo.

I went to school to collect little 'h', and now we are going to Jazz, then I am taking her home to Luggate, and dinner with the family.
