Turn around
Walking the dogs this morning and I turn around to see the sky like this. A busy morning putting out the calves from the shed. Since we lure them to follow us with food we had to move the sheep out of the field they were to go through to get to their field or we wouldn't be able to move for a sea of hungry wooly ewes determined to knock us over and follow us too. The calves were really excited to get out the shed and back to freedom so lots of galloping around causing mischief! we then caught Owen or llyen x cheviot tup lamb and refreshed his keel (colouring) on his chest that marks the ewes as he mounts them. We also put out the cheviot chaser tup with him to give him a hand as he has quite a lot of ewes to serve.
For some reason I never took any pictures while at these tasks!
