This is the same view as yesterday's daytime blip - down Kutuzovsky Prospekt towards Moscow City.  The twisted tower in foreground is 'Evolution Tower':  co-designed by a British firm, RMJM, and Scottish artist Karen Forbes, currently professor of art at the University of Edinburgh.
