Djego the Wonderhorse

Gorgeous took the dogs up the hill in heavy sleet this morning. I headed to Stromness and spent a few hours playing with horses. Rosie in the cart for a chilled out trip around the block before I groomed the two youngest, Ruby & Nettie. Those two can't fail to put a smile on your face. They are so gentle and inquisitive and offer mutual grooming and nuzzling as you work with them.

The weather was dead calm and sunny, a perfect day for a ride so i got Djego ready for a trip out. It's been a while since I've ridden him and i was looking forward to feeling his floaty paces again. We went up over Brinkies Brae, enjoying every moment.
