And if you are not well behaved...
... we shall drop you in front of a semi-cercle of very scary carol-singing Santa's older helpers, and you will dream of it for the rest of your life!
Some parents take disciplining a touch too far I think.
We had a great great day in Farmleigh today. I must say that the Office of Public Works do know how to kick-start that "Christmas feeling".
This is the second year in a row that we take the kids to Farmleigh. They loved it.
Maybe not quite as much as Pepe who had a great old laugh with Santa.
Luca was torn between awe and terror and chose not to turn round to look at Santa, just in case he is a mind-reader and would find out he may not deserve that Gold fish after all...
Other kids were not quite as lucky and no matter how much they ran across the field, they never caught up with the bearded old man...
Finn, meanwhile, never managed to wake up to sample the Christmas spirit...
And Pepe managed to take a very decent shot of the new extented and tired family tree
We then went back home and had a great pre-Christmas dinner, with mince-pies, great Kilkenny sirloin steak and 4 veg, very fine wine, the odd Shakespeare sonnet and Pepe getting into full political rant mode before his glass of XO and nap.
Now I do feel all christmassy!
