Muriwai gannet feeding chick

Thousands it seemed of gannets, but very few chicks yet. Gannets with eggs too. Wonderful day, far too many photos, sunny but a strong wind, so lots of flying birds. The colony at Muriwai is much bigger then when I was there last about 20 years ago, so that was great to see.
