Evening,
Well what a glorious days it's been after work
this morning I popped to Hampstead Heath to meet J and some friends for an afternoon of sun bathing I forgot my shorts which so missed out on a swim in the Lido which I could have done with as it was so hot.

Off to the park in the morning and then BBQ tomorrow can't wait :)
