Track by the Lake

Today the 12 walkers parked at Waterfall Creek, and walked from there to our various lunch stops.  The fast walkers reached Damper Bay, where they had their lunch stop.  The second group didn't quite make it to Damper Bay, but stopped by a nice rock, where they had their lunch.  The third group (including me), stopped beside the track out of the wind for our lunch.  It was very hot there, so we soon headed back to the cars.  I chose to walk on to the Cafe where we had a nice cool/hot drink.  I walked with these two today, along the track lined with yellow lupins.  A very beautiful walk, with good company.
