1980s Mini Cooper 1275cc - Two careless owners

Getting the Scalextric ready for Christmas. We have been given about 4 sets over the years and the Minis are one of the most entertaining to drive. With a scale speed of well over 200 mph every corner offers spectacular roll-overs and you have to be ready to jump across wires and the competition to get your car back on the track before you get lapped a few times. Half the fun ( or is it time spent? ) is getting it all to work reliably enough for a race.

We are looking forward to having family guests stay for Christmas this year though my big brother is in danger of meeting Goliath's big brother judging by his latest Blip. :-p
